Perhaps, this individual thinks in Hindi and translates into English! Our reporters have this style in Hindi and possibly, this individual is attempting to make English reporting look like Hindi! Or, you sample a piece of his writing in quote."With Inzamam and Afridi playing immovable object and irresistible force and--" I do not know whether such absolutely mistaken writing provides good picture of rediff reporters!

Everyone woke up today morning to the surprise package of the Indian team composition. Ganguly has been dropped to accommodate an additional bowler. While the decision to include RP Singh was justifiable, the decision to include two spinners is lopsided on a pitch, which is not expected to turn. After all, India has three players in Sachin, Sehwag and Yuvraj, who can bowl decently. Including Harbhajan was no masterstroke as proved by his bowling statistics on the first day.
The decision to drop Ganguly is really inexplicable.
