.JVery evident from past 1 year Shahid Khan Afridi seems a complete package.Be it his bating or his bowling or his fielding all have improved a great deal.Although Pakistan has got lot of great players,but india has to take care of this gifted player.In my book he is the most important contender for man of series spot.
1. Substitute 'playing' for the term 'not out' for still playing batsman. This term 'not out' is a psychological drag and an irritation for the players. It also creates negative feeling on the player.BCCI has to implement this good suggestion immediately. 2. Our cricket playing buffs have every sort of training and exercises. But they donot have the most essential & clinching training on the 'psychological make up of the player'This is grossly ignored area and this is the most required area to bring the player into a positive approach play which converts a defeat into a 'draw' which is more acceptable than a 'loss'. The sooner the BCCI wakes up and takes the corrective action immediately the more bette for the players and the board. 3. There is no visible interaction in players about their performance.why? In our cricket'non playing'selectors are selecting players. Nodoubt their experience counts. But the man at the site is the player-who ever it is-he knows his situation than any body else including the captain.Let the players make their selection. Selectors can scruitanise
