I just hope ganguly retires. Once he retires, the great Indian think tank, who have won all matches for India by writing in columns about who is great, who is a fool and who should be kicked out, can go about their winning ways. Move over ganguly, and let prem panicker and his like pull out the next guy and beat him black and blue, on paper. Too bad ganguly performed a little bit in the only opportunity he got, too bad he came out and at least stopped the parade of batsmen who came on to the pitch, scratched their celebrated backsides and left, too bad he actually bowled economically and broke the opening partnership. Too bad because now all the peepee\'s have their undies in a knot and are now forced to mouth words like team failure instead of basing one man.
Indian Cricket team is not motivated enough. Always looking at excuses for not accomplishing the task. Even in the first innings nobody showed the application. Worst part, is the Indian Team looks at themselves for inspiration than the way Pakistani's batted/bowled in First innings and 2nd innings batting.
What is deplorable is they played like ODI than a 5 day test.
Something is wrong with the team.
Lets see what can we expect in ODI series, which should highlight the reasons for this debacle.

First of all captain & coach should avoid doing R & D with opening pair. This is going for long long days. Good start.. half Done..! You should make some constant batsmen mentally ready to open and manipulate the innings according to the situation. Dunt know in which thinking they brought Dravid as opener when everybody know that he is WALL OF INDIA when India slides. When we chasing 600 runs in 2 days, dont we think we need the WALL in middle if India slides?
If India want to win the games either one dayers or the tests first of all Sachin and Irfan should be dropped. Sachin fails to score in all the games, scores 100 when the selection committee thinks of dropping him. Even Irfan , he is not the pace bowler, he is the slowest bowler when compared to the bowlers of other countries. They bowl good and bat well. There are so many young Bats man and Bowlers in india, why dont they get a chance to play for india.
Finally India need a player who plays for nation atlease when needed not for his personal records
Next time we should expect RP Singh & Zaheer Khan as opener after that Kumle Harbajan and so on....... It make sence bcoz By the time BIG PEOPLE will come bowler will be tired hope it will be slightly easy to bat.
A lot is said of india show yesterday. But one could see this comming.
Flashback: the captain is the leader of the ship. he is the one who makes policy and plans and sets the field. Azhar showed it in his time, Dada was the best, Imran showed it. In times of Imran and Azar and Dada the coach had to keep his mouth shut. and the best coach is the one who interferes less in the selection procedure of the team.
Present: See our coach for instance. To begin whith that infamous email he has written abt dada, That incident not only caused the rift in the team but the players confidence was lost. Our board did not do anything when they saw this. If Greg had lied, he should have been removed from his post at once. But then Who will remove a White skin.
Remedy: 1. Get rid of the coach, he is a shame to our national side and he has caused enought problems. 2. Get rid of our seleciton committie, likes of kiran more who knows jackshit abt cricket , we can do without them. bring back players like kapil/sunny/jimmy/sidhu/ravi in the selection side. 3. and for godsake plz in the name of fresh blood, do put an end to the carrer like sachin and dada.
