Actually India needs a coach with barbwire and give ten blows for each player in the morning and evening. Only then the players will realise thier importance and for what they are playing.
BCCI should appoint Dennis Lillee as the bowling coach because he has worked with all our bowlers at the MRF pace foundation. I am sure Chappell and Lillee will jell together and we can expect some breakthroughs and positive developments on that front.
My handfull thanx to Vengsarkar.... Its realy a beautifull peace of thinking.... Adn of Chappel, he should concentrate in his job... Not to interfer in team managment... he should concider himself as being payed for his duity... And still with no result.. The board should showcaused him for that.. He is not the top boss of Indian Cricket, Just an employee only. Taking a bolling coach like Washim Akram or Coutny Walls is a good idea.. The bats man performing under the balls, guided by any one of them will naturally increases. this will help not only to boost the bowler but also the batsman indirectly.
So far, Vengsarkar's attitude has been most pleasing. He certainly appears to be quite pro-active in his job and this is good in a country where bosses often play the big-shot and do little else. His idea regarding a bowling coach is certainly welcome, if we are to develop a breed of fast bowlers. In addition to the national team, regional bowling coaches need to be appointed to hone the skills of young talent.
Are we still loving the Blue Indian's coach if you still want Akram and Donald shall join as Bowling coach. Can we Indian believe our own sons and abilities. Please come on......
I think we need someone like Wasim Akram as our bowling coach.He is one of the greatest fast bowlers and he can easily communicate with the players.We need a bowling coach from a country who has a history of producing fast bowlers and there is no doubt that Wasim is the best.No gori chamdi plz.We have seen what happened to Pathan,Balaji.....long list.
After Ganguly was selected for the test team,media asked opinion from Dravid and Greg.Was it required?I say NO.He is senior member of the team and performed well in the past in those kind of bouncy tracks.Now since he has gained him form back,I am sure he will surely be better than Kaif,Raina,Mongia.It was obious that Greg will not select Ganguly for EGO issue.But its not Australia.Its India and we have all the rights to select the right person in the right place.Let him perform and he will do it for India.I still remember his test recall in Lords and after he scored 100 he never stopped.I agree he is errogant but we gained a lot from that attitude.If we have a captain who is ok with any performance,players will not have any pressure.They need to be told in Ganguly's way to perform and play.Finally I would like to say Ganguly "ALL THE VERY BEST".
