Utterly annoying
by Praveen R on Aug 23, 2006 03:09 PM

I just can't understand what made Darrell Hair believe that anyone could tamper the ball with their bare hands and trimmed finger nails on the field. Hats off to Inzamam and his boys for protesting against this and letting go off a possible test win. There can only be racist motives behind such decisions. Who do these Europeans think they are ? They think they are the only gentlemen on the field. While the truth is that they are a frustrated lot doing all kinds of things to bring disrepute to the game.

Calling someone cheat without proof
by rajeshgupta on Aug 23, 2006 11:43 AM

The whole world will laud Hair his decision, but and this is where his credibility hangs, but he has to submit proof of his allegation. There are 16 cameras operating on the field and till date nothing wrong has been captured by any one of them!

Ball tampering
by nawal singh on Aug 23, 2006 08:59 AM

I am glad you used the word step motherly and not step fatherly, after all the are all but glorified women. Any they ain't got no balls, so Inzy couldn't have tampered any.

Ball TAMPERING
by Nawal Singh on Aug 23, 2006 08:55 AM

Inzamam, don't let this make you go down. We all are proud of you. Unmistakably, you are the cricketer with most pesceful and happy expression in the international cricket arena even under the most stressful of circumstances, probably that would make any umpire of European or Austrailian origin with this kind of an ego feel irritatingly sizzled when he sees you smiling in the sweltering tropical heat while he continues to sweat in his pants and walk with tortorous difficulty with sticky sweaty legs rubbing against the in seams of his trousers. Ooh! that hurts!

Once again there are millions praying for you best interests and that cdertainly helps.

utmost nonsence
by kenneth on Aug 23, 2006 07:15 AM

the on screen drama during the final test between pak and england was an utmost nonsence. first, the step that the umpires took was incorrect and secondly the pakistanies should have protested right away and not after the tea break

Difference.
by Biruma on Aug 22, 2006 08:55 PM

There is a lot of difference between , "Inzy faces 8 matches ban" and Infy could face 8 matches ban. As your welcome page states the former and the second page shows the latter.

IF you are committed to publish the news, please publish the truth, Don't try to sell it by giving a different view.

Biased decisions of English People
by ismail shaik on Aug 22, 2006 03:26 PM  | Hide replies

Sir,
The way in which empire accused Pakistani Captain "tampering ball" is questionable, as nobody is confident or have proof of allegation. The English people can do any thing & whatever they like. There is no justification in entire episode. Further, the Pakistani Captain Inzemam should learn the way of protesting when he is playing international game. He lost the winning opportunity. Futher, the English people show step motherly behaviour with Asians. They think themselve as supercreatures.

I am sorry that i do not agree with your comments. It is not a question of English or Australian. It is the Umpire Hair himself. If he has proof, he is right, if not, he is wrong. No Court of law convicts a person guilty without solid reasons and proof.
