Hi Friends, It really seems that the Sri Lankan Cricket Board, or whatever it is called, Comprises of a Bunch of IDIOTS . How Else Would You Explain their Timing of the Triangular Series and to Top it all the Biggest Idiot that has emerged out of this Series is Our Very Own Indian Company Called UNITECH which Sponsored the Series.It is a Unrest Prone Country especially the Ongoing Fighting between rebels and the Govt. Plus this is the MONSOON Season! Plus having a series with a PHATTOOO team like South Africa calls for uninvited trouble. Like the Englishmen & Australians, S-AFRICANS too have shown that they are one of the most COWARDLY teams off the Field and MY My, their expressions of aggressiveness on the field would fool even the Hardest of people and make them believe that they are kind of Tigers. Amongst all this, the only Silver lining in the Cloud that has emerged is the Braveheartedness of the Indian Cricketers and Mr.Sharad pawar who, unlike African pussies did not recall our team. Anyways, this whole series has turned out to be a wash out and the Biggest loser after UNITECH would be CRICKET!
indian & shrilanka has won world cup in 1983 & 1996 respectively. so it is very easy for both the cricket associations to construct indoor cricket stadium & play matches in dry conditions artificially. Also some of the rich donars like mahamad azaruddin, arvind disilva, asanth demelo, sunil gavaskar, millionier sachin tendulkar will give donations to construct indoor stadiums in colombo and nagpur both. REALLY SPEAKING OUR TIME IS NOMEY & WE MUST CONSTRUCT AT LEAST ONE STADIUM WHICH IS 70 METER IN DIAMETER & COVERED WITH ROOF JUST TO PREVENT RAIN DROPS IN EACH PLACE like colombo, nagpur, lahore, leeds, kingston, melborn, auckland, perth, capetown, harare, dhaka so that game of cricket will be played there in case of bad wheather and time & money of spectators & investors & sponsor will not wash out. if roof is not possible then put metal rods on 30 meter height from one end of grond to another & put hard plastic on the rods to prevent rain water fall on the cricket ground to continue game & save time & money just like big size umbrella
The BCCI & Srilankan cricket board have enacted a farse in the name of one day cricket in the current 3 nation cup cricket tournament. Any person with average intelligence knows that the southeast-asian monsoon is at its peak during month of August in the regions of southern India & Srilanka.
Inspite of this knowledge the Srilankan board arranges trination one-day tournaments during this very period. The BCCI too is party to such events since its only concern is of raking in moolah.
Our cricket team resembles the roman gladiators with BCCI as the slave owners, driving these fine cricketeers to their impending physical & mental doom due to excessive cricket.
It looks like ICC and especially the SriLankan cricket board has no brains. Rains at this time of the year in Sri Lanka are common and we have seen this happen for the past so many years and still they continue to schedule tournaments at this time of the year.
looks like South Africans are the only ones with brains among the 3 of them for this tournament.
ICC should atleast use some common sense from now on when alloting tournaments.
