So now one thing is certain that Sourav Ganguly had something which made him likeable as a captain even by his secret hate party. C'mon if you have a killer instinct to do your job well people tend to frown as they are more used to meek and timid fellows when it comes to speak before authority.Be it choosing team or winning Australia. Hats off to Sourav's positive spirit for his cricketing ability.

Pls Leave Him Alone.....

I think Ganguly Should be Left Alone.. He Was the one Who Transformed this Indian Team. Atleast We Could Come in finals of the World Cup. He Was the Most Sucessful Captian for India. He Not Only proved this in India But Also In overseas.

Yes It was True that he's Performance Was Not at all under par and he was removed Controversially. This Should Not Be fate For a Player Like His Calibre...
I think this the Reason why we are lacking behind.
For Players Like Azharudhin , Mongia Who were Match Fixing to didn't faced this Much Controversy.

The Indian penchant for deference to elders, seniors betters..whatever, is the sole cause of their immaturity - they are either afraid to, or unable to rise to the occasion, to strut their stuff, to say their say.... they're always expecting to be told what to do - hence their lack of balls. Also, in such a society, those who depart from this stereotype are seen as mevericks, as disrespectful, as belligerent, to be whipped back into submission, as true grit is not considerd politically correct. That's why there are no Olympic gold winners from this huge sub-continent of over one billion folks.
