Is the ICC gone mad by doing this type of thins it is reducing its own world cup hosting options. there are 10 test playing nations so there should be at least 8 vnues to host world cup by by the structure ICC is going it has just reduced it host venues to only 5 places. Even it should try some non test palying countries for the venues as Holand Canada etc then only cricket will develop in the world. Cant India alone host a world cup cricket
