Sachin, get well soon ... it haven't been the same for us cricket fans with India playing without you. We are so happy that India is winning and performing amazingly, but even then most of us cricket fans want to see you back in the squad, because we are addicted to you. Get well soon, ALL THE BEST !!
Without Sachin indian team is at flop stage. We have won the matches either with very weak team or at our homeground. Our soil lions will not be in a position to play at foreign grounds. For this we need good players like Sachin. You will see the bad impression of the team very soon even with a weak team in West Indies. The selectors are advised to keep Sachin Tendulakar in the team at the earliest.
It's better that either Sachin opts out before the team management axe him. How many more years would he play? Now, that he is out of form and injury proned, it's the time to him to retire. After all, so many youngsters are waiting for the slot. It's enough he has played the most no. of one dayers by any batsman in the world over 17 years. Let's give chance to youngsters.
Let Sachin take his own time to come to form in domestic cricket and then enter into present Indian team.Better he plays agressively rather than playing ordinarilly which many can do.Now we find many good opening batsmen Robin,Gambir,Jaffer..Let them also get them chance.
...and a good thing too!! If he failed (wilfully?) in good health what can he do with a game shoulder/elbow ? It si time he turned commentator than pace the crease. This will prevent the other batsman getting bored/ losinginterest-concentration while the little master practices strokes at the monopolised crease through a critical losing match. This will also stop the scribes from the embarassment of ' turning the Blind eye' to the masters 50 balls for the 10 runs for the century...and the subsequent 'irresponsible and juvenile' manner of prodding the out-going to a willing hands of a fielder, as the short-cut to the cool dressing room.
i know sachin is a good player but he wants to play consistantly after2007 world cup he can take retirement from the cricket. but now he has to concerntrate on the cricket.
Can anyone tell, on what basis is Virender Sehwag making the West Indies trip? The BCCI may please explain the number of chances given to Sehwag to perform. If Kaif is to be watched in Abu Dhabi then why not Sehwag? People who are not performing should be dropped instead of dejecting thousands of Indian fans.Let Greg Chappel & BCCI practice what they preach i.e 'Perform or Perish'No dual way of action please! One cannot have seperate rules for Sehwag and Ganguly.Whosever performs stays otherwise is left out. Dr.S.Das New Delhi,India
