The decision taken by the BCCI on 28th promts me to wrtie this. I feel the BCCI acts like a Government set up. The political heads rule the governments, the so called beaurocarts or secretaries who are trained to manage the government are mere implmentators of the policies of the political bosses. Whether it is right or wrong no one is to question. Only the opposition can arise their voice. When the oppsing team comes to power the whole set up is changed. So as of present BCCI do not have the commitment for the betterment of cricket in India. Have a look at the famous Brazilian Soccer team. Even the most popular memeber, if he is found by the coach not capable to be a memebr of the team, he will not get a chance. Here as Mr. John Wreight said in India he coaches' job is just to train whoever is selected and given to him. If they improve by any means[they are sure to, becasue they learn one or two trickts more] that itself is a great achievement for Indian Cricket. The bosses wnt to continue in their positions. I feel no coach will ever be able to make an impression with the so called regionally selected Indian Cricket team. It is better Greig quit his job if he has selfrespect
