There are some losses that are irrepairable. i have always been a fan and supported of indian cricket(ers). but the last few weeks have turned this whole image into one that has lost its colours to the acid of politics. dravid being the only lone spot that survives. the normal indian fan doesnt feel like trusting the players anymore. maybe sania and karthikeyan and paes and dhanraj pillay should be worshipped more than the so called demigods of indian cricket for they seemed to be only sculptures of paper mache. ready to crumble at the lightest blow.
the scene makes us all so sick that we feel ashamed of the things we have done to support the team.
i know that wish will never come true, but where is the team that took the aussies down under right here in india (2-1). i wish they come back.
Harbhajan Singh has suddenly realised he has a voice and may regret having opened his mouth too wide, so it could fit his foot! He may think he owes his existence in the team to Sourav but that is a matter for him to decide. But if he thinks that by virtue of his being obliged to him, he has inherited the right to speak out of turn, he should be promptly shown his place - or else the BOard can say goodbye to an already tottering discipline scenario in the team. Just because he has managed to corner a few wickets during his existence in the international arena, he gets no right to shoot off his mouth as he pleases. If anything, Harbhajan should learn a thing or two from his seniors , e.g. Rahul Dravid who has been an epitome of dignity and objectivity rather than prance like a cat on a hot tin roof and in the process make a fool of himself. Truly, empty vessels make unbearable noise.
