The only solution for this ongoing crisis in the Indian Team is to select the team first which should be purely on the basis of cricketing reason. Then find a captain keeping in mind 2007 world cup. And I feel Mohammad kaif as a youngster should be given the captaincy atleast for One Days. Rahul Dravid could be the captain for Test Team. Because I feel Dravid should have been the captain of one day team atleast in the last world cup. And in this sort of a situation I dont find a place for Ganguly at all. The message is very clear. Let him perform in Ranjis and come back to the Team. If Agarkar, Nehra and other players has to perform in the Ranjis to come to the Indian team then Ganguly also has to do the same.
