I read the article again. And I don't see what I had not understood. Chappel clearly was in favour of fast bowlers at a time when there was a tiff ongoing with harbhajan. Now, read my comment again and try to understand what I am saying.
Hey, chappel, we need an optimum mix of spin and pace bowlers. Don't make the mistake of counting too much on pace bowlers. We do not have genuine pacers yet. Even kapil was actually a medium pacer. If a new paceman is introduced, it will take him time. the blue blooded nations of cricket are quite used to pace. We cannot forget spin for htis very reason.
