sachin is like a charisma . he still has the potential to singlehandedly change the entire scene of any match. Hope he soon returns to his child -- cricket

There is a lot left in Sachin

If Sachin thinks he has earned a lot & need not play anymore its better for him to retire from the game, but if he thinks he has still something to achieve, I feel this great player has got great capability to do so. I wish to see him back soon in the men in blue squad.

Sachin still the best in Indian cricket
by Nitin on Sep 15, 2005 09:45 AM

I personally hope that Sachin gets fit for the Super Series. I totally disagree to what Mr.Lalit Mittal says, that Sachin has lost the interest in the game and has already minted a lot. Sorry to say but apart from minting he has scored as well which you couldnt see and the childish enthusiasm in him on field still suggests he loves the game.He has played for almost 15 yrs of International cricket, he is bound to have injuries, these injuries do affect the rhythm and performance. How can u forget an appeal from him during 2003 World cup where he promised to take the assignment as his personal responsibility. And about his batting style I guess layman like us shouldnt even speak about it and I think it is much better then watching people hitting 3-4 boundries and sitting in the pavilion and hope they will have some day where they will be invicible. He is definitely a hard and honest cricketer. We all hope to see him back in action soon and perform at the highest level again.

Sachin

It is very sad not to see Sachin playing.I feel he is the best person to decide on his fitness. If it takes more time to recover, I doubt we are going to miss the Little Master in action, may be u cant say, he may not be able to play at all.

Sachin should opt out
by Partha on Sep 15, 2005 03:46 AM

It would be unfair on his part to play in this with little match practice and not being fully fit. He is depriving the opportunity of another person playing - the intention of this series is to pit the best teams against each other - other than his fitness, he is past his prime and his record in the last 2 years prove that.

Inzamam should definitely get a call-in.

sachin you are a player who is blessed by god and when feel depressed or when u feel u cant make it just remember the day when u made a century , though your father died on that day u made a century and dedicated it to ur father.
play for the country but not for the money and name.........

U should know age catches with everyone and Sachin is no exception. With a tennis elbow bothering him, Sachin should call it a day instead of keeping crazy guys like u pipe dreaming about his come back.
