The selection committee members should have played competitive Test cricket in a better fashion before being made selectors in the first hand. Present members many do not deserve to be selectors. Why do they omit Sridhar Sriram from TN despite proven performances? He is definitely better than Raina,JP Yadhav,V.Rao etc.In the only test he got chance to prove his worth he made more than many others.Also he is an Allrounder and we can dispense with Harbhajan who is very much indisciplined and has lost all his fire.The present Team is split as many non performers would like Ganguly to continue as skipper as he insist on their inclusion whatever may be their performance.As long as ganguly is skipper these would not take up their job seriously as they are sure of their selection.This nexus should be BROKEN first. Make Rahul the Captain and try for one year.
