With the chappel-ganguly confusion coming to an end, Dravid taking fresh captainship,Sachin back to the team with full fitness and charming unity in the team, India has a good chance to do well in the forthcoming series against the lankans. We can expect a closer series as both the teams are equal in their potentials. If our players can perform consistently, we have a definite edge over them. Chappel's brain also could make wonders for our team in the future starting from this series.
It is my personal view that India may be thrased by Srilanka by a big margin.Because Srilankan cricketers have been boosted up by the victory that they got when Indian team played in the triangular series in srilanka two months back. They are morally up. The indian team have encountered with some disgraceful defeats in the hands of New zealand. Sehwag and sachin are almost out of form. Sachin was almost out of team for six months due to injury problem. He did not play well in the challenger cup tournament too where everybody thought he will rise back to the form. The wall can sustain the only pressure which can be tolerated by him.But when the opposition team is displaying its skill effectively, the indian team team will give a very big disappointmentto the indian fans. Sachin is almost the end of his cricketing career. He is meeting with injuries frequently. It is my suggestion that he shall think of his retirement. His retirement will pave the way for an aspiring young cricket talent. Ganguly may be restred permanently. His reentry into the team after two or three matches of the upcoming series with srilanka will not elevate the morality of the indian team further. All the best

I think team INDIA has proven all critics wrong . it is not right to say . either sachin or ganguly are nearing their retirement. They have made history and they will create history in the future and i am dam!!!!! sure of that.It is not correct to under estimate any player forgeting what they have done in the past . now i tell u INDIA will possibly go on to win the ODI series 7-0 . INDIA will aiso win against SouthAfrica and will aiso win the Test Series against SriLanka next month.
bcci should strict to those players which r not playing well regularly. give opporunities to the inform players bcci have no authority to break the heart of cricket lovers by playing outform players continuouslye.g ganguly. just throw him out
I have been watching cricket from past 10 years, atleast for my mind its difficult to define what a coach's job is, in that the srilankans have hired an assistant coach which is unprecedented. can please anyone tell me the role of an assistant coach in the squad.
this team will include 3 all-rounders in the squad. management should try to keep as many as all-rounders as possible iin the squad n be positive through the whole series try to play ur natural game sachin should try to rotate strike n give strike to sehwag rao should bat at one down position
