Seems Rahul Dravid already has starting behaving like a captain. His scores of poor runs including a test 0 tells it all. Thats all the future of Indian Cricket.
Its very disappointing to hear that even the best of world XI succumb to Australian side I think so best world XI players are only in Australia & not from any other team.
With Dravid and Sehwag failing miserably in the test and the one-dayers, BCCI must revise the team list of Indian Cricket Team and make them sit out until they prove their worth in domestic matches. In their place BCCI must bring in the currently in form players such as Ganguly, who recently scored a hundred.
The ICC 2005 event was a nonstarter from word GO because Australia as a side were wounded and wanted to recapture or confirm their status as world champs while a bunch of holiday makers from different nations were bundled together as lofty world 11 with no nationality, no pride attached collectively or individually, nothing at stake for them. The result was forgone and obvious but little too crushing even for this motley crowd of holiday makers. Raman
This Super series was a farce. It should not have been organised in the first place.Australians would be the dumbest mob if they will think that they have crushed a World team because all top players form different playing nations does not necessarily mean a powerful team. No player in the World XI worth their salt if they would share or give away their country's team secret or strategies.Be mindful that they will have to play against each other in the future and it would be absolutely foolish to even discuss or suggest their individual strategies. Australia have just played a make-do team and won. I would not call that a win. Finally, it was the most stupid innovation by ICC.
Its great to see kangaroos rising from the ASHES.They are back to what they are best at-winning. Losing ASHES has done a lot of good for the 'roos as this has rekindled the flagging morales and made them to think hard and work harder.
