Yes Kapil, I agree, No one should remain in the team unless they perform good consistantly.
I play club cricket here in Perth, Australia in its grade 8 team (which is a lower grade) and believe me, the level of competence at the club level is much more than what I experienced in my younger age when I use to play cricket at the college level in India.
Here if you do not deliver then you can sit at the boundary and watch your mates playing the game. No one is hero and no one is star. Gilly plays cricket with very young local lads and no one surrounds him and treats him like a star. So please for gods' sake don't do that back home !!
