The Think Tank does not know what it takes to win!

Why the World XI cannot win against a team!
a. The captain needs to know each player's strengths first and then weaknesses.
b. Simple things - you have Kallis, Lara & Dravid who have strike rates in the 70s. Now these are solid technical players who at times can be fast but not always - their long record points to that! Further they do not like to lose their wicket - they will never sacrifice! So how can you have them bat together when the asking rate is more than 100 (more than run a ball, I mean!). When they bat together - they bring the scoring rate down to 50! Kumar applauded Gayle for his solid calling for running between the wickets! Kallis was pathetic!
c. Who is thinking here - not the selectors (who select Sehwag - who is not in the best of forms in ODIs - his bad form has been there right from World Cup days in 2003 and do not select Inzamam who has 6th highest score in ODIs this year and has more than 10,000 runs in ODIs along with Jayasuriya (does not get selected too! and Tendulkar). The only other player who has scored more runs than Inzamam this year is Pietersen and 4 Australians (who you can't select in the world team!)
d. PowerPlays taken when Gilchrist there
