This is the first time in years that the selectors have finally got the teams right. The whole concept of the 'Challenger' series is to have in India A, cricketers that are 'challening' the members of the Indian team (India Seniors) for a birth in the national one-day squad. Likewise the idea should be to have in India B, the 'level 2' challengers. So all in all, this looks like a job well done! Can't help but think this is an excellent time for Laxman to get back at his detractors, and to reinforce his (rightful) claim to the Indian one-day squad.
