Why cannot the rains be taken into consideration and the venues changed
by Brahadesh on Dec 05, 2005 04:24 PM

We all are weel aware that it has been pouring cats and dogs in chennai and the board had its hands dirtied by the Ind Vs SA onedayer which got washed out.
It seems the BCCI will never learn a lesson. Why cannot the BCCI antica[ate the weather conditions and change the venue to a place whr there is no rain???
PPL who have never played cricket being at the helm shows this idotic way of indian cricket being governed.
Sorry State....

Change venue

Since there is a possiblity of rain for the December 2nd test match against SriLanka, why can't board exchange the venue to Nagpur or Ahmedabad and in turn give the test match against England to Chennai. This way we can have a test match and I even England could be happy that they are planning in a Metro.

Match starts on Dec 2 but Sale of tickets starts on Dec 9.

Could you please correct this information. This looks rediculous.

Please clarify whether auidence is going to watch the match or the raining.

Ticket Sale

This 9th December ticket sale story is really not understandable. I think it is a mistype and nothing else. It should 2 December or earlier.
