Taking five wickets on the Nehru Stadium pitch in Pune is a fine feat for a medium pacer on Day One. Saurav is incredible. 22 overs of medium pace bowling on a single day is something remarkable for a batting allrounder. Many of us are pleased.
so if ganguly bowls good once he is temed as a batting alrounder.. but im sorry to say he never batted.. he has been out on 1 in probably the last 3 matches... where is the "BATTING" to become an alrounder.. and we need ganguly for his batting not bowling not alrounding... he is the 1 or 2 down so he has to bat CONSISTENTLY well.. a consistency is normally after atleast 10 out of 15 matches that he plays well... so the writer must not write because he is ganguly but please write on facts and logic... there might be 50 more people performing well in 1 match .. you cannot justify their inclusion in the Indian team then why Ganguly...
