These oldie gentlemen practically looked after there looks rather than sweating it out like a professional.
Even a talented person like Gavaskar was utter failure
at a time to deliver. Nowadays, players are getting
prof as competition heats up. To be frank,in olden days, nobody could even dream a game like one Dhoni played.
They had their seats in team assured and "reputations" worn on sleeves which merely remained there.

I have no Idea what Salim Durrani mean by charisma. Jayasima was one of the most boring cricketers ever, had an absymal strike rate. But he was good in showing in front of women in the boundary line, which explained his sloppiness in feilding. Is this what you want Mr.Duranni. Don't you dare even think you guys are 10% of what Rahul Dravid, the queitest cricketer, means to Indian cricket
