Rubbish. Some anti Saurav reporting this. The person and the report both should be dumped in the dustbin. It is shameful that how being Indian you can publish an article like this. No other country, tries to gain popularity criticising its own people. Naked Provisionalism.
Juuuuuust wht i was thinking abt this morning.... typically Times of India - shallow and impulsive. I hope they print a corregiendum tommrw... !! sheesh... how stupid.
Good job Deepti! After reading the TOI article today morning, I was wondering how ICC Match referees can be so biased or ill informed. But your article suggests that they are not just well informed but they are non biased as well. However, I still feel a six match ban was too harsh a punishment, considering it did not have any adverse impact on the result of the game in any of the matches. On the flip side though I feel that Ganguly has to be made aware of his reponsibility of making sure that the team finishes their overs in the stipulated time. He has goofed up on this on quite a few occasions and it is conduct unbecoming of a captain. So he deserves some harsh penalty. Once again, good job Deepti.
Frankly every cricket loving fan, would realise the pain that ICC causes to international cricket.being the head of the game's control, they use the authority in a improper way, neither they have a perfect plan or rules, nor they have a proper intellectuals at the top level. ICC never has the talent and brightness to bring the game of cricket into World arena.
to me if ICC rules cricket for another 10 years, even the test playing 10 nations would try to quit cricket - because of unstructured world cricketing body called ICC.
rather it can be named as international clown's club.
