It is a good thing that finally some sense dawned on Sandeep & he has pulled out of the race.He was just not suited for the job for the following reasons: (1)A very Snooty character whom I've known from his cricket playing days. (2) Being the coach he was responsible for for not guiding Siddhu & Azar in England and diffusing the matter. (3) He would not have been able to get along with guys like Sehwag,Kaif and others in the team who come from average indian families and cannot boast of an english education and do not sport false airs like Sandeep used to do in his hey days although he had limited abilities as a batsman.
