Aussies are the best and people are just trying to discredit them. The others just aren't able to accept that the aussies are greatly talented & that's why they win.Nobody seems to remember that Dravid was charged for ball-tampering.That has just conveniently been forgotten. Just 'coz the people can't accept what great players Australians they pin such awful acquisitions on them. Such disgraceful behaviour must be stopped.Aussies r the best;let's just accept their skill and teamwork. AUSSIES ARE THE CHAMPIONS!!!!!!!!!!!
People have their own styles and they must own it proudly. If Bret Lee says that what they do in between each ball and in between over is 'healthy gamesmanship', i feel we should stop calling the act sledging and rename it as 'healthy gamesmanship'. Now let me interpret that Australians have been renowned for their 'healthy gamesmanship' for years. My only concern here is the way they get offensive when things are not going their way. They prove that they are no special bunch of cricketers when they are cornered. A very simple and known example for Indians would be the act of 'gamesmanship' displayed by Michael Slater during their series in 2000 during the mid pitch discussion he had with Rahul Dravid. It was very immature and very much an Australian behavior. I am personally not against such acts of frustration. But once you do it, dont give it a diplomatic name. Accept it. When the whole world is saying that they sledge, why not forget it and stop talking about it. Why give different names. Thats the way Australia plays cricket. Not just them. Most countries do that. Only that the scale of operation varies. Accept yourself and move ahead AUSTRALIA! WE UNDERSTAND!!!
hi ppl when brother Lee is doing the gamemanship ICC accepts. but when the asian players are doing it they are fined. so ICC does not know the gamemanship or are the aussies getting it wrong or are more worse than that double standard in the game administration itself. my money is on the last one...
