Hello everybody,firstly everybody who wants to comment about ganguly`s bad form can do so as he is really going through one.But how far is anyone justified in asking to remove him as a captain from the team.It is a game where he as a captain has done so much for India,Players do have up`s and down`s in their careers,give them their share to prove that they are a lot capable.As far as Ganguly is concerned he has nothing to prove to anybody,many careers have been ruined in the past because of things like this,don`t let this happen to TEAM INDIA,once again.Let Ganguly do what he knows best. All the Best Ganguly.
To all those who have been cribbing endlessly about Sourav and his out-of-shape form, I presume you should try playing out in the International Venues non stop for 18 months along with having to captain some of the best and world class bowlers and Batsmen.. perhaps , you will then realise how easy it is - for the likes of you and me , and the "SElfish" media to blame all on him.....
Like any other Top Class batsman, he too is out of form and realises thatvery well. ALso, amidst all pressures that he is strongly facing, we as SUPPORTERS of the INDIA team should be with him through his lean patch.....The way his colleagues are.....

Hi,The Ideal Team Ganguly..again a flop ,a class batsman getting bowled twice in 2 oneday is an clear indication that he has to be dropped.Being a captain should not guarantee that Ganguly can take his place for granted.Though you cannot expect modern cricketers to morally take responsibilty on their shoulder(forget captain taking the responsibility of the whole team)as they loose lots of money and idealy they would like to milk the cow till they are thrown out .Unfortunately the selection comitte is with no substance and guts and you could see Kiran More all the time chewing free snacks and lunch without knowing his job(may be he has pressure from Dalmiya). THe ideal team would be Rahul Dravid (Captain) Virender Sehwag MS Dhoni VVS Laxman Yuvraj Kaif Anil Kumble Harbhajan Irfan Pathan Zaheer Balaji 12th Man:Dinesh Kartic 13thMan:Sachin Tendulkar 14th:Dinesh Mongia. You could afford to try the new faces and build them up for the future. I really dont understand why Ganguly always says that he done well in the past and asks everyone to look into his history.Its a real shame that you try to cover your failures with the past. At the out set, we need a good captain. We can not expect much from ganguly because he is not in good form. My best suggestion is rest ganguly for 3 or four matches and also rest sachin for couple of matches. I do not think these 2 will do well in the rest of the matches. Bring the youngster in the team who should be the all rounder. Make Kumble or dravid as a captain both of them are result oriented player. We can not always expect sewag to play 100 runs in each matches, replace Lakshman bring sadagopan ramesh who may be a better replacement. There is no need to change the wicket keeper I feel the tamil nadu keeper is better than doni. Do not keep changing the batting line up. If india needs to win the series, they have to omit Ganguly immediately.
Dear dada, Its really sad that after all that u have done for indian cricket, people are questioning ur ability as cricketer. Its true that u havent been performing that well with the bat in the recent past, but i know that u will strike back and show the world what ur capable of. So please do not worry about anything and just go and play the game that we used to see u play in 2001. u have all the support u need Dada, and i'm sure u will strike back.
Ganguda is no more reqd for the team.His recent contributions are NIL. Thanks to the blind support of Dalmiya he is sticking around escaping the axe.His influence to remain as cap is so powerful which is due only to the powers of Dalmiya in BCCI, a spineless body meant for burying the esteemed game and is on a warpath to send the game to gallows.The bandicoots still cling to the BCCI and these novices still favour their people not taking the interests of the nation and its image. No cricket-known person is in the BCCI and so it is like a garland in the hands of a male monkey.Pathetic - not only cricket but millions of viewers.When will the team perform? When is that day? With the next WC around the corner,while all other teams groom new fighters for the battle, only in INDIA the situations is different,keeping the aged and senile players in the team. It is not team India(wihout any steam) but shame india.
Outform Ganguly told prior to the last WorldCup that Dravid will keep only up to the last worldcup.It was then reasonable.Even after that Ganguly asks Dravid to Keep.Why? Because he is not considered himself as a batsman[He is Non playing Captain].So he asks Dravid to keep and add onemore Batsman.About 2 months prior to Austalian tour to India,Ganguly himself told to the press that Yuvaraj will open with Shewage against Assis in Tests. Shewage and others object it publicly.Suddenly Ganguly told that therewill be 2 months still to Assis cometo India, this opener debate is unnecessary as he himself intiate this issue first.So nowadays he is not ina position to remember what told by himself.So the Ganguly's time is over now.He will give way to youngsters to participate in his place. After sometime playing domestic Cricket or participating in county Cricket in England if prooved he is still having much to give Indian Cricket he will will be considered as a player under the new Captain. Otherwise not only he himself ruining his high image also spoiling another young Criketer.Board will consider it immediately.With best wishes to Indian team for the forthcoming oneday series.
