the Indo-pak series

This was a perfect end of the Test series. The result shows how close the fight was that till last day nobody knows where this series is going. This is the best result could have come of the fascinating cricket week. Yes, It will be a issue of discussion that where did Saurav Gangulys team lacked in performance.
When Pakistani Team landed at Indian soil this was said that this will be a battle between strong batting of India and perhaps less weakest attack of Pakistan as they were without their prime weapon Shoaib Akhtar. But at the end of Test Series every one get this that who was weaker side. Pakistanis performed excellent and the kind of guts they showed especially in last test. Mohd. Sami was really furious with his speed and swings, same place Kaneria cant be ignored and most damaging cause was Afridi, who came up with thunderous jolt in batting and bowling. I am not saying that India performed badly, but there performances were around some key players like Sehwag, Dravid, Kumble Balaji & some cameo performance of Tendulkar.
After the end of test at Banglore, everyone is in to take Ganguly on but I am totally disagreeing of this, this is not the perfect cricketing lovin

We need to check whether the Ganguly's captaincy is must for indian team, despite his poor performance as a batsman.

Dinesh Mongia

Dinesh Mongia is back, and his inclusion in the one day squad is not a surprise. Mongia has been stressing time and again that he is expected to be back soon and no sooner, he is back. Great coincidence, he anticipated a call from the selectors and the call is heard...

well, but it's again a litamus test for Mongia, who is into squad in place of V V S Laxman. I wish the decision of the selectors to drop laxman and accommodate Mongia works in the favor of the selectors. Hope Mongia click this time and prove the selectors right and the whole nation wrong...

Let god save Laxman...

Regards

Venu Madhav...

Ganguly shud have gone, because if he is around only for his captaincy material & not batting ability, there are enough seniors who can take this job without changing the team fortunes.

Kaif/laxman/yuvraj, all are equally deserving for a place in the side.Gambhir turned out the average type & Karthik could be given another break if Mongia fails.

The selectors dare not tamper with Kumble unless he is injured.

How do you justify Dinesh Mongia is a replacement for Laxman. His performance is quite ok with overall team performance.

Why not dinesh mongia replace Gambir or Ganguly?
