good thing. whats so special about ICC for it to get a tax free status? why does the ICC need tax concessions?

There is nothing special about cricket. Why should India offer tax concessions/waivers? Is the same available to other sports in this country. ICC can not dictate terms to our government. If they do not come, it is their loss.
