the ICC should not be given full tax exempttion. They make a lot of money hosting cricket matches, get cut on the distribution rights on matches,sponsors,etc. The indian government has to pay for security concerns of these officals and players. Given the situation of terrorism it becomes worse. let them host the champions trophy in Pakistan and deal with security issues of getting bombed/abducted. let them not issue threats of hosting games in Pakistan.
