Hai this is kishore I do not know why ganguly after getting such a good total on board tried to defend at times when his team was ahead of two hundered runs and also the pakistani batsman were struggeling with ten runs at a lost of three wickets why He did not keep a third slip for Inzi if he appllied that thought the match would had been finished by fourth day itself and also why Indians tend to go slow after a very good start which sehwag gave and they are able to capitalize on the good starts given by the openers and they have a word to think about gambir because the way he is playing in Test cricket seems that he is also useful in the one day formaat and he will be a good replacement for injuries that is if any of the Indian batsman fails he would be a very good choice instead of trying for another batsman who is not experienced and it also waste of using rahul as keeper aganist pakistan because Indians do not need to do that

Personal glory or a test win?
by Paresh on Mar 11, 2005 03:26 PM

Anybody seeing the match yesterday would have realised that sachin slowed down on course for a century. quick runs were the need of the hour but were sacrificed for the sake of a personal record.

he is a great player no doubt but team interests should be the priority ALWAYS!!.

I am disappointed to say the least. One look at Australian's and we know why they are world beaters.

mark taylor sacrificing a go at the world record for the highest score then because it was not needed.
