Indian government and Pakistani government cannot reach to Dawood, but Miandad can reach up to Dawood. I am pretty sure from this, that number of people have this kind of access. Governments- both Indian and Pakistani, are inadequate in their intention to caths this dreaded criminal.
The relationship of Dawood\'s daughter and son of Miandad is an individual affair. Children should not held responsible for their parent\'s deeds. So there should not be much fuss about the marraige. But one thing will be clear and confirmed that Dawood Ibrahim is in Pakistan and that will be a major cause for the Pakistan Government\'s worries as they will have to answer it to the world, which they were denying for last decade and Indian officials should be happy for this.
