I was wondering, Why ICC rules are so biased. In this modern day cricket English or Aussies or Kiwis are no better than Players in the sub-continent(In terms of conduct). So, why this kind of biased decision for White's.It's been very rare occassion that any English/Aussie player got reprimanded for breaching code of conduct. On contrary, sub-continent players are being monitored very closely & match refree hand is free to punish them. I dont understand how the ICC rules can bend for certain groups . This is absolutely absurd. At an outset make the rule to be common or else it's breach of ICC code of conduct against ICC.
