I am surprised why the change isnt to the Indian Subcontinent. Cricket has its most passionate fans in the subcontinent and derives its revenue from here.. I am stumped to see the change of center to Dubai. I think this is a politically based move to appease the Dalmiya camp by bringing the ICC out of the UK, but at the same time keeping it within control by placing it in Dubai. What Cricket needs is its Centre of Axis to be in India...This is a must for the future of Cricket.
