Tendulkar is always be a nightmare to an opposition team as an all-rounder, which can demoralise opposition team confidence and boost-up rest of our team-mates.
Sachin Tendulkar should play the match because no other in the team is dependable ,and also thier is encourage to the team , if sachin plays in the match . Even sachin does't score any runs also he is an encouraging player for the team and the spectators of the match . its my openion
sachin should play matches he is not at all playing gamens these he should play every match in indian team if no one play good he should suspened from some matches then only he will play good
Definetely Tendulkar is the key player of india,But we have to think abt his injury ,he is suffering with tennis elbow from last july, till now it gives pain to him bcoz he didn't take proper rest . So i just hope the selecters to be rested tendular for the pak series.
With out sachin bayya presence also we can win against pakistan .
He should take rest as he has another 5/6 years career in front of him, such series will come but thing is that if he is not totally fit he should skip the test series but if possible he should make available for the oneday series.
This article is worth reading! It has almost all points covered in it abt Tendulkar's injury. He needs 2b rested for the series against Pak in my opinion, not only physically but also mentally. He has taken a lot of strain for the last 15 odd yrs..and he is also a HUMAN !i think it will b too much 2 ask him do all the job for India all the time.He too has life after Cricket! We shud try n understand thathis body has taken the hammering for so many yrs and we must b grateful 2 that great man for his persistance !We hav only 1 Tendulkar in India currently and we need 2 save him for the future 4-5yrs!So he must b rested, considering he is also ageing.....he'll b 32 this april..we must think frm his perspective .So i just hope all my compatriots get a clear picture and allow his 2b rested for the Pak series.
Our selectors very rarely seem to take a long term view of selection process. In Sachin's case, it definitely is a catch-22 situation. Will they have the guts to drop him and take the rap if the replacements are not up to the mark? They will play safe and take the easy way out - leave the decision in Sachin's hands. (Imagine the Aussie selectors doing that?)He, being a proud individual, will play for the country even if half fit. This seems a mis-placed pride, since it would do better for him to recover fully and get back into the team. If he is rested, some untried, or semi-tried hopefuls get a look in. We get a better idea of the bench strength too. Sachin (and the selectors) should think clearly and decide that he rests till he is fully fit.. thats the right way to go...35th century will eventually come. if he is back to his '98 form, many more will follow... its a win-win situation only if he follows that route.
