Vaughan has discovered for himself what Indian cricket afficianados have known for several years now. But "inconsistent" is a euphemism to describe the behaviour of the insufferable Steve Bucknor. I must add that I have seen (on TV) Aleem Dar officiate in a couple of matches, and he appeared to be doing a very good job.
