He is speaking as though he has been a TRUE indian cricketer, whereas he is the mis-fit in our team; a cricketer who spoiled the patriotism of billion fans.
Mr. Joshi. Can you rewind back to Chennai Test: India versus Pakistan: January 31st of 1999.
You were at the crease when we needed 14 runs to win. Then you got out giving a lolly-pop catch to Saqlain. Now, you argue that you do a bit of batting. Does not make sense Mr. Joshi.
I don't blame you for getting out, but for the act you did after the match. After 15 minutes, you stood with Wasim Akram, leaning on him, laughing, chatting showing your all 32 teeths. What was the rational behind it? Were you happy that India lost to Pakistan? Were you happy that you could blame on batsmen? What was the reason behind laughing just after 15 mins of a defeat, that too against Pakistan?
EXPLAIN to me!
EXPLAIN to billion fans!
EXPLAIN NOW!
If you can, EXPLAIN in another Rediff interview. You have no reason to whine, Mr. Whiner. You have got what you deserved.

great memory Ananth - this was the match in the hands of India all the time but lost due to lack of support from tailenders starting with Joshi
