Why the matter is held upto last minute dicisions. Somebody is deliberatly doing the same. The person behind the delay should be proscuted in person for playing with peoples interest in cricket. This is basically a game. I FAIL TO UNDERSTAND INVOLVEMENT OF GOI, COURTS, LAWYERS ETC. Why this is not happening with hockey - our national game! MONEY MATTERS EVERYWHERE.
If they are not able to manage a cricket series, they should be sacked from the job for reason of inefficiency.
