By its acts and deeds,it is clear that ICC does not know what it is doing. Some times it is declaring a bowler action 'suspect', sometimes withdrawing,talkng about "angles 15 degree sometimes 20 degree",inconsistant match refereeing, old and aged umpires inconsistent with their decision and judgement etc etc (there is a long list of such acts) By their actions one can conclude that they are doing more harm than good to the cause of Cricket.ICC bosses have ever played cricket? A question they must reply as they are accountable to the millions of cricket fans spread all over the world
