ICC is a tooth less body when it comes to non-asian countries...proved time and again. umpires like steve bucknor..still are there indian players getting the harsh end of the stick in SA... so when BCCI doesnt care about ICC...they are right in their ways since ICC doesnt care about asian players... so i dont understand..why ICC is there...does anybody else wonder why it is there....
