The demand has no base as there is no threat at all for players or any sort of law & order situation in Ahmadabad. This is only a way of diverting attention of international community from their internal law & order condition which is very pathetic , that's why most of the countries including US warned their citizens not to go to Pakistan.
It will be interesting to see how the pseudo secularist group respond to this demand by Pak.
"Tit for tat" has been a consistant ingredient of Pakistan's attitude toward India. Their concern about Ahemedabad as a test venue is a mere reciprocative action for the Indian decision of not to play test match in Peshawar.Indian cities are never comparable to those in pak, as we have a responsible , democratic,secular government which is capable of ensuring foolproof security.
