Yeah Mr. Dungarpur.... One who talks about saving Indian cricket... do you think there will be considerable change in the present scenario just after the pakistan tour? Is the England tour too far away. You guys go ahead a drop a person from the one day squad, who is the second most successful batsman for the country, then you snatch his captaincy from test team, although he had won the last series he played as a captain. You ask him to make a comeback into a team for which his last innings was a century. He scores two centuries in local first class cricket and makes a come back as a player. He scores 80 runs in the test match at crucial junctures. You have the audacity to drop him. this was a way to save indian cricket you would suggest. All you guys care is to save 'politics' in indian cricket. And let me put the records straight. Ganguly didnot pass a motion in the lok sabha. Neither was he an initiator of talks between him and the board president. It was Sharad Pawar who invited him to a talk. What would you have done in his position. Tell the board president , the all powerful political powerhouse that ' go to hell , i will wait for the england tour ?'.

I can understand ur feelings.....but 17 runs avg in last 10 ODI and 27 runs avg in last 10 Test Innings...itself speaks about Ganguly......U just wait and watch that HOW LONG CAN A NUMBERED SUPPORTERS OF BENGAL OVERPOWER MILLIONS OF INDIAN SUPPORTERS.....!!!!!!! Its fact that Dungarpur cannot save or contribute to Indian Cricket......but equally Ganguly is left with nothing to give to INDIAN{not Bengal} Cricket !!!!!!! Anyways, eventhough we million Indian Fans have not liked the idea of pulling back dada in team, but in a way its good also as he will himself proove his worth in front of pace bowlers of PAK....U see if dada plays 6 innings, I bet out of those six innings 4 innings he will be caught in the slips or by W/C and that too in a nonsense way touching the out going ball and needless to say all 70% of his innings will be less that 40 runs { but u bengali guys will start supporting that too as u supported 39 and 40} HA HA HA HA HA HA.......U,DADA,CAB,DALMIA,ALL BENGAL ARE NUTS !!!!! This means that Ganguly should play only agains teams like Bangladesh, Kenya, Namibia and Zimbabwe!!!
Ironically, his Century against Zimbabwe has gone unnoticed. Reason: that is not a good side. Applying that logic, Dravid should have scored 400 runs as against Ganguly's 100. Even on the Australia tour, Ganguly hit a classic century. What was Dungarpur doing than? May be swimming in SHIT.
This Dungarpur is a clever bastard. A known Ganguly basher. His sole purpose is to put pressure on Sourav and make him a Ranji / Domestic player and after a year, Sourav will automatically get a tag of "Domestic / Ranji" Player and "not played international cricket for a while" and will be discarded permanently.
Anyway, why does he believe Sourav cannot play well? I believe Chappel & Dungarpur are Gay Partners with identical minds!!!
I keenly go through the statements of Mr.Dungarpur. Everytime I find that he assumes airs and puts himself above cricket.
He says: 1. It is upto the selectors to decide the inclusion of Ganguly for Pakistan tour. 2. Ganguly is asking the BCCI for his inclusion (Wherefrom he has this news - God knows) 3. He will be a cannon fodder for Shoib Akhtar 4. If Ganguly is selected for Pakistan tour, only God can help Indian Cricket.
He should refrain from writing such trash. He is trying to seduce the selectors not to include Ganguly. He has no right to prempt the exclusion of a cricketer of repute.
The BCCI should review the appointment of Mr Dungarpur as the Manager for the Pakistan tour. He is a negative lot and would hamper the advent of Indian cricket.
