Many feel the current selection committee needs to be revamped. Office bearers need not burden themselves with additional duties as selectors. If they do, then they work more like undertakers and pall bearers generating intense gloom and sadness throughout the country. Ex-cricketers who are not office bearers and who have played the game with distinction for a decent span of time need to be requested to contribute their wisdom in the selection process.
