His statement that 'One doesn't become an all rounder in one or two years' & 'I always been confident about batting' will definately bring the day when world will accept his all round cricket qualities. Kapil Dev is really greatest Indian cricketer. Better than Sachin tendulkar. Because Kapil was a match winner. Tendulkar is talented but not a great player.
Well done Irfan ! Wish it was possible for me to watch you play from Down Under. I am really missing the live action of Indian cricket on TV, but thats alright as long as Team India is doing well. More than happy to see someone in Irfan Pathan catering to the need of an allrounder in the team and being modest in admitting that he needs to perform consistantly to be recognised as an allrounder.
