16 years of international cricket has witnessed an amazing personality,Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar. He is such a tough candidate for any team to play against. He has a whole nation captivated by his game and he succeeds time and again. It was indeed a very proud moment when he acheived his 35th century.He fought out his way from the injuries and I must admit, it indeed is his passion for the game that drives him to such pinnacles of glory.Fantastic is a very small word to describe Sachin. It HAD to come and it did.After all Sachin is the GREATEST of them all.Let us all thank him for all he has done for us+the country.May he score 50 centuries as he IS capable of this feat and he WILL DO IT.

Well,what started with a slow ,not so eye-catching test match ended up as a historical day for indian cricket as sachin ramesh tendulkar made a new world record of 35 centuries.But whatwasadmirable was the way Tendulkar reached it.It was not one of the flamboyant innings we are generally used to witness from Sachin.It was an inning of sheer grit and determination . He was not getting his off-sides strokes right at the most part of the innings.Heleftmany of the delieveries of Vaas in the off-side and did'ntlose his concentration right through the innings.And at last he just started showing his strokes in the latter part of the innings.The famous change of gear which was invisible came to sight again as he flashed 3 consecutive boundaries of murali and reached his century much earlier than expected.So this century has once again added fuel to the most famous cricket batlle of the century between Tendulkar and Lara .In recent periods it was becoming a bit one-sided with Tendulkar not fit and lara consistently scoring big innings in this year but now with the Pakistan and England tour coming up it is expected to be a runfall from sachin .
