To my ever sweetest bowler, I have no words to say............... but keep going on ....................... We Indian fans are with you because we an find a good , well mannered and gentle cricketer in you All the best. love Mukesh M S
Is is not high time that our Selectors atleast notice the obvious and put merit as the topmost criteria for selection process - which would put our Mr. Performer - the unnassuming Kumble back into India's aspiration for a World Cup triumph?
Now with Mr. Dalmiya and Saurav not at the top, they need not be afraid of their position and do justice to those who perform.
Dear Kumble, We really feel pity for a great player like you.We still view you as a match winning bowler for both form of the game and we put you in the category of great spinners like Shane Warne, Muralidaran Prasanna, Chandrashekhar, Venkataragahavn etc. While you should be an automotic choice for the team of both form of the game, your continued and deliberate ommission from the one dayers is really unfortunate and is doing more harm than good to Indian Cricket. But your state mate and the all powerful "foreigner" supported by some backboneless selectors thinks otherwise and pass most of the time of the selection meetings in discussing inclusion in the team of ex captain or not.It is really a reflection of very sad state of affairs in Indian cricket. We are really shocked and deeply anguished at the treatment being meted out to you.But our goodwill always remain with you Mr Kumble.
First and foremost congratulation to Anil Kumble to have achieved such a rare feat which very few Indians have been able to achieve and they all are the greatest heroes of our cricket team and Anil Kumble would not have been eluded for so long.
Anil Kumble's carrier is a lesson for every Indian who want to achieve something in life, the struggle he had in maintaing his place in this highly competitive Indian squad is such a rare feat.
everytime he was written of by his critics he bounced back and emerged like a phoinex and showed the world how effective he can be on any pitch.
Last but not the least i would quote a line from the poem "Stopping By the wood on a snowy evening" by Robert forst - MILES TO GO BEFORE I SLEEP.. MILES TO GO BEFORE I SLEEP.
Wonderful,marvellous,great,amazing,stunning.....these words r worth being used for our Kumble who has ,for the past 15 and half years done such great things for the country. He is one who pops to our mind if what we r looking for is 100% committment. He certainly has been the backbone of India's bowling and 2 have played 100 tests is a big big achievement. He,under Ganguly, suffered setbacks after being continuously overlooked even in the Tets side...fortunately today,Ganguly himself is facing problems with his place in the side and Kumble is on top! what a turn around in a matter of 1 year! Kumble has had many ups in his career and relatively less downs...and thats probably the reason y experts say "ANIL KUMBLE HAS DONE WITH THE BALL,WHAT SACHIN TENDULKAR HAS DONE WITH THE BAT" .....keep going Anil, for, u have a long long way to go.
Anil kumble is truly the spin wizard.excellent player who always put country before self. The sad part is he has not been recognised as other great players.
