Dear Lazy BCCI, Only the first day it was raining in chennai and other three days there is no rain in day time, but i agree heavy rain occured in night. But you using charcoal Iron box to clear the water logging. Do you think the whole indians are fools. Go man see other countries like England and South Africa they using well mechanised machines to clear the water logging and to dry the pitch. Please don't fool us
it is stupid and Idiotic.. of BCCI to schdule match in Chennai.. when already a earlier match was to be cancelled.. when will BCCI learn from its mistakes.. And still the previous match ticket money has not been refunded..
It has become a history of matches getting washed out at this venue. Can BCCI not change the venue to some other backup stadium in case there is a rain. our weather system is much more relaibale and forcast can be made to see if the weather is favourable. Everybody would like to see some action, and an aeroplane ride to anywhere in india wouldn\'t take more than 2 hrs. Instead of wasting 5 days they would loose only half a day probably. and believe me audience will come....
cancellation of Australian test, recent SA one dayer and now the SL test! all won by rain!! all of them planned to play during the moonsoon time..Does there anybody in the BCCI to think that weather plays a key role in the interest of the game!.while the SA match was cancelled there was a clear signal on the possibilities of SL test also being washed out!!
