Give chances to youngsters and if senior players are not performing well then simply remove them.Then only I think the seniors will come to know their responsibilities.If Australians could remove player like Steve waugh the why not Indians.
we all know our team has the individual potential to come across every huddles, but somehow there is something missing : group achivement, which is largely seen in aussies. I think it's the job of the coach and captain to workout on these points. We dont' really need Sachin to save our games always..
the current series is a complete waste of time and money.. i see there is no crowd in grounds, and the team performances are pathetic.. in indian team every player has special talent, but should play with confidence, no other team can will with india, even zimbabwe or australia both are same, we can win with everybody, everybody has talent more than sachin, so donot feel any lack of sachin.
