as Sourav is out of Form so he will get sufficient time to practise more and return to form, otherwise he would have practised in matches putting on stake India prestige.
It should be the moral duty of each player to quit if out of Form and make way for the playesr who are in Form.
My suggetion / views are somewhat disgusting but true. Even our BCCI and selectors should take care of this and Player in Form only should be given a place in team.
