You Have Finally Scored DADA
by Rajappa on Apr 12, 2005 02:41 PM

Hi Ganguly,
First let me assure you that you are safe in the team because you are in India..our tolerence levels are very high..second please stop harping on the past we know you have scored enough runs..that again gaurantees your place..third most important you have actually scored..from high of 9 to 18..actually you doubled and thats an achievement..this again gaurantees your place in the team..reagrding captains role..i dont know when a team has a score of 300+ ,you can win without a captain..calls for thinking ..
You can play many matches till you score a fifty or a hundred and inform the world that you have come back to form..

How long
by Danny Fernandes on Apr 12, 2005 12:43 AM

How long are we going to listen to excuses and the story that he comes up with every time we lose. His batting has left a lot to be desired and all we get to hear now is that " I have scored runs in the past and I have scored runs at Motera and whar have you."
Would this explanation have been enough for any player. Sorely not. I do not understand what the Selectoter are afraid of or are their jobs dependent on Ganguly.
Wiil he be sacked from the team if he does not score in Motera. Are the selectores waiting for Grgg Chappel to take over so that we can have another long tenure for the Out of form Captain?
Like Ganguly. Tendulkar has to go as well. For noe he can be brought down the order as Shewag has overshadowed him and he seem out of place on that position now. He need to be shown the door as well , if he does not perform.
I uused to worship both thses star at one time. Its gone now.

Ganguly is all Class
by Vinit on Apr 11, 2005 10:13 PM

I don't quite agree with critics advocating the sacking of the Indian skipper due to his poor performance.
"Form is temporary Class is permanent" and Saurav'da is all Class. The Bengal Tiger will pounce back. And who are we listening to? The same people who wanted to sack Sachin and Dravid during their bad phases?
Actually the critics are also doing a good job...such criticism is only gonna get the Best out of Class Players like Saurav!
Good Luck Saurav! GO INDIA GO!
